UCLan at Astrofest 2009

UCLan astronomy staff and students will be attending Astrofest 2009 at Kensington Town Hall on the 5th and 6th February (Stands 42 and 43).
Astrofest is an exhibition and conference run by Astronomy Now magazine. As well as an exciting programme of public lectures, there is a large trade exhibition, primarily populated with companies offering telescopes and books. We will be there to talk about our research, interesting aspects of astronomy and to promote our distance learning programme. Come along and meet the staff and students!
