Access to course materials on-lineTo access the on-line course materials you will need to login to your WebCT account using your WebCT UserID and password. Troubleshoot your WebCT problems here. Courses for the 2008/9 session will start in

October 2008. You can check the induction status of
your module. Here is a detailed description of the Induction Process that takes place at the start of the course. |
Remote Access to UCLan PC network |
Distance Learning Students are able to login to the UCLan PC network via Remote Access. The UserID and password are identical to those for WebCT. This is useful for using certain standard Microsoft packages and using Groupwise email. It also simplifies access to many electronic library resources. You need never log into the UCLan PC network if you don't want to. |
SeeYourData |
The UCLan web facility SeeYourData
(SYD) enables students to check details of their University Student
Record. It can be used to update contact address and email, and also
shows students the award and modules for which they are registered and
the name of their personal tutor. Students can also use
SYD to find their results when they are released at the end of the
academic year. You will need your University PC UserID and network password (the default is your barcode eg 20107005123456) as given on your Corporate Card. (Please note that the on-line payment system linked from the SYD page has not been implemented for distance learning students for this academic year.) |
